At Twenty Petals, each robe is part of a limited bloom — thoughtfully created, never mass-produced, and crafted to be cherished.

We ship with the same care and intention that goes into every piece.


Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because each collection is limited to only twenty pieces per design, we take care in preparing your robe before it leaves our hands.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


United States Shipping

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.

We charge a flat rate of $10 to anywhere within the United States


International Shipping

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of $50

Delivery times vary by destination (generally 7–21 business days).

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. If you need support, we are always here to assist.


Returns

Because each robe is part of a limited edition of twenty, we encourage thoughtful purchasing.

However, if something isn’t right, we will do our best to help.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging 


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Limited-edition releases marked final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or promotional items


How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Twenty Petals is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs. We will resolve the issue promptly.


A petal is soft, precious, and fleeting.
Each collection blooms once — and only once.
